What You Will Do

โ€ข Lead and develop the sales team, driving performance, accountability, and growth
โ€ข Manage multiple sales functions, including New Business, Business Development, and Outbound Sales
โ€ข Partner closely with the CRO to execute commercial strategy and deliver revenue and margin targets
โ€ข Build outbound routes to market and grow high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts
โ€ข Drive pipeline performance, conversion optimisation, and CRM discipline through data-driven management
โ€ข Stay hands-on in strategic deals and support the team directly in winning new business

Profile

โ€ข Have 3+ years of business development or sales leadership experience
โ€ข Bring experience within construction services, waste management, equipment rental, or related industries
โ€ข Demonstrate strong experience managing sales teams and delivering revenue growth
โ€ข Have experience winning and growing enterprise or mid-market accounts
โ€ข Be highly proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
โ€ข Lead from the front, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
