What You Will Do

• Lead and develop the finance function, improving processes, systems, and team performance
• Own the month-end close, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, and financial visibility
• Ensure full compliance with HMRC requirements and accounting standards
• Build scalable finance processes to support company growth
• Partner closely with the CEO and CFO, providing insights, forecasts, and strategic input

Profile

• Be a qualified accountant with strong knowledge of UK tax and HMRC requirements
• Have experience leading or managing a finance function or team
• Demonstrate strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and process building
• Show high accountability, organisation, and ability to operate autonomously
• Bring ambition and proactivity, with clear potential to grow into a Finance Director role
